Carnegie Mellon Black Locust Deck & Benches – Pittsburg, PA

This project was led by Professor Stephen R. Lee, AIA, LEED AP, at Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Architecture. Students designed and built benches and a deck using Black Locust. The project highlights sustainable design and the durability of Black Locust in outdoor use.
